exp cap help!!

im useing a level 17 mage with stats of 25 25 25 25 25 25 but i cant get above 2950000 exp. so can anyone tell me where i can find a exp cap editor.

Weimer's Ease-of-Use has an xp-cap remover that you can use. It can be found at http://www.weidu.org
I also advise you not to cheat and use SK to improve your character's stats to godly heights, as it will spoil all the fun and make the game unchallenging, and the satisfaction is much greater when you reach the end after some really hard fights.

i only cheat after i beat the game so dont wory ive seen it all. just want an oltimate character.
also i inported from bg1. love them books.

As for the stats, something interesting may happen if you get an additional ability point after 25 ... IIRC.
