how do i defeat the black dart game that widow was right one shot will kill me! im a redguard so i thought i had some sort of immunity i mean 75% resistance seems like fairly lucky of a chance but i keep getting killed!!!!!

i think he is talking about the black dart gang in the sewers of mournhold. you talk to a lady in the sewers and she tells you about it.

SPOILERS: There's an empty torch handle near the door. If you use it it floods the chamber. The ghost says this.

That was a good quest, I loved the simplictiy of it, when the ghost told me. Like shooting fish in a barrel

dude the quest im talking about is in the tribunal game and it is a gang that has poisin darts that kill you in one hit in under a second and you cant survive. the scare the heck out of me sometimes (okay always and im a level 43!!)
