riddle in the sewers

I am not sure what things I am supposed to have to solve the riddle. I know I have the hand and the blood. What else is there?? I may have gotten rid of it by accident.

need more
a staff(on the kobolts, near the "river")
and a ring (in on the wall, useble area cursor, you will get it)
