When I came across Cernd, I had Jaheira leave the party, so I could have room for him. She said she could be found in Athlatka, near the Harper Hold there. So my question is, where exactly is that? I was considering adding her to the party once again, but do not know where I go to find her, so that she can be added. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Harper Hold is in the Docks district in Athkatla...though it surprises me that you let Jaheira leave your party....
