Finally, I've decided to realize this test.

My Warrior : 19 STR, 19 DEX, 19 CON,
19 INT, 8 WIS, 19 CHA
+helm of balduran and
gauntlets of weapon skill
(all = +2 TAC0 & + 2 DAMAGE)

Keldorn : 787 Hit Points, Armor Class 5,
protection against fear

Attack : Dual weild with 4 **** in main
hand and 3 *** in the second one.
Also 3 *** for 2-weapon style.

Comments : Most of times, this combo kills
very quickly due to 25 STR. This is
certainly better than the previous combo.

Comments : THE WINNER. It's the best one. You'll certainly tell me that the Celestial Fury+BlackRazor combo is better if you use girdle of 22 STR. This is True. But (there is
always a "but"), you find the blackrazor
sword only at the end of the game. This is
also true for the second test.

Analysis : Belm +2 is not a good weapon.
It's a little scimitar and if you don't have
a STR of 25, it only inflicts (with 19 STR)
14 to 22 damage per hit. Celestial Fury will inflict 18 to 24 damage. However, Belm +2 gives an additional attack per round.
A round is 6 seconds long in real time.
Now we'll compare the damage inflicted by the 2 weapons considering that each hit is sucessful :

Celestial Fury : 4 attacks
1) 19
2) 20
3) 21
4) 22

82 damage

Belm +2 : 5 attacks
1) 16
2) 17
3) 18
4) 19
5) 20
-----------
90 damage

90-82 = 8 points of difference.
Sure, this is not a huge difference.
But now, consider that your STR is 25
(with Crom Fayer). In that case,
Belm +2 inflicts 22-26 damage
22+23+24+25+26 = 120 damage
Celestial Fury 24-28 damage
24+25+26+27 = 102 damage
Here we are. With 25 STR, an additional
attack REALLY gives you a big advantage.

PS : I also tryed to do these tests using
another weapons such Flail of Ages,
Holy Avenger (hehe, really sucks).
But nothing to do : Belm+2 and Crom Fayer
is the BEST one. Sure, Celestial Fury
adds some good magical bonuses such Stun,
but this gives almost nothing against
strong enemies. And we wanna fight strong
opponents, aren't we ?

Very ambitious, I must say. A most impressive testing. Can't you solve my bard song problem, too? Exact effects of the normal bard song and its improvements as you level up? Not even Bioware seems to have this answer.

The most Damaging Weapon Combo ?

Try 2 Blackrazors. My fighter/thief at level 8/20 with a few potions can easily solo a dragon with this combo. Yeah I know there is not 2 blackrazors in the game but I would say that this is one of the most damaging combos you can create.

Oh, by the way, if you want to change your
warrior in meat-processing plant, just
use the Belm+2 - Crom Fayer Combo
with improved haste. Yes, it gives 9 attacks
per round. Yes, I know. Yes, you SHOULD
see that.

Well I simply gave you one of the most damaging weapon combos. Maybe even the best. If you want non cheat you should of specified it in the topic.
