Newbie needs help in BG1

I'm almost at the end of BG1, and just noticed that my Ranger (main character) is now a Fallen Ranger. Is there any way to restore his regular Ranger status?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

So you didn't pay much heed to your reputation then? Actually you did post in the right forum after all since the only way to get a ranger back from the fallen status is to import it to BG2 and do the ranger quests there. Nothing can help you in BG1 though were life was a bit harder.

yes you can boost your reputation but once you become a fallen ranger there is no way the regain your ranger status.

I dont know if Thomas' idea of importing them into bg2 works but he sounds like he has done it so, its worth a try, a good incentive to buy bg2 then
