Where does one obtain the scroll? I really hope Vithal is not the only source... I don't need it for a while, but I guess I'll have to kill him if it is the only source...
I would check with Ribald in the Adventurer's Mart in Chapter Six. He'll have a bunch of ninth level spells, including Time Stop if I recall correctly.
If not, then I remember there was a Time Stop scroll in Suldanesellar.
There are four time stop scrolls I believe. Ribald, Suldanessalar, some dude in one of the wilderness boards available after the underdark, and I don't remember the fourth.
Crush enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentations of the women.
