Grout Mansion Spoiler

Post by Murf the Mauler »

I've gone through Grout's mansion and dropped down the hatch back to the first floor. Where is the "Secret Passage"?

I'm unsure as to where in the mansion you are. Are you trying to get to the Inner Sanctum? The entrance to the Inner Sanctum is on the ground floor. It's in the big room with the checked floor and stair case (the one you activated the singular candle to open). The door that leads to the Inner Sanctum is in the back of this room. Of course, prior to being able to enter that, you'll have had to open that door in the room with all the electrical currents.

he Gamebanshee walkthrough is fairly solid in taking you through Grout's house. Have you checked there?

Hmm ! Before you jump down thru the trap door you should have sen a cut scene of one of the book caes swinging open to reveal a hidden pasage!
If this has nt happened then you havent got the right combo og candle sticks pulled before you jumped thru, so go back and mess around with them till you get the cut scene! :D

Secret passage

the 'secret' passage is by the ammo-restock cupboard - the wall next to the cupboard opens and you can avoid many of the mad-malks in getting to the part where you climb up to get to the real innermost part of the house where the stakes have been raised!

then you go bach to lac.
