help for a new guy

Post by jester31 »

So I'm pretty new to computer RPGs. This is the first type of RPG I've played and I'm lovin it. My question is will a gamepad work well this game? I have a PS2 and have read they make adapters to fit the PS2 controller into the PC USB port but I can't seem to find one. I just want to know if I should go spend the money on a gamepad as it will be much easier for me since I'm not so great with the keyboard. Thanks for any suggestions.

There is no option uunder the game menu to select or set up a gamepad and given the number of commands for the game I don't think it would be practical to use a pad.
That said, if you do find a game you want to use a pad on don't go hunting for the convertor- it's far easier to get a PC version, theyre not official- the design has just been ripped off but theyre still quality devices. Search Amazon and see what you can find.

Limey is correct here !
Stick with your keyboard and mouse combo, it might take a bit of getting used to but its worth it in the end!#
Theres far more combo s and key binds that can be used with the K/b and mouse set up and once your used with it its far more natural IMHO
