According to the walk through you can find Tomi's body in the Level 2 south area. I get in to that room and there are bodies there but none of them read as Tomi. In fact they do not read at all. Is he heidden somewhere that I just haven't found yet?

Well, if you're in the right room, the one with just the Drow Sub-commander and his summoned spider. He should be to the right side of the room there when facing the sub-commander. He'll be dead and on the floor like the others. If he isn't there, that would be a bug I guess.
