Restored Jedi Council conclusions (spoilers)

Post by cim »

So, when you return to the council, are there any conversation choices for either LS or DS that make Kreia happy? Also, what deteremines whether neutral guys get LS or DS superpower?
I am asking this bkz my DS Lord had no satisfactory answers for Kreia, nor did my LS Weaponmaster, as recall... Also, when I used cheats to turn my DS Lord to neutral and see what happens, he was given LS power and had only DS dialogue choices with Kreia.

I think that that seems to be a common theme with Kreia; you're not supposed to be able to keep her happy. I remember the first time I played through, I did all sorts of bending over backwards to try and gain influence with her ad make her happy, to no effect.

When it comes to the endgame, she ultimately has to be angry/annoyed with you, so that she can run off, abduct Handmaiden and take up her old job at Malachor. Otherwise, they'd have to cook up an entirely different ending to the game, and we already know how rushed they were making the ending(s) they already had.

As for the superpowers, I figure it must come down to some sort of invidible scale that the Xbox sees, and we don't, like on a scale of 1-100. The chances of being truly "grey" as far as the computer is concerned are probably impossible. However, you can probably get close enough that you can get wonky reponses like the ones you mentioned. I'm no programmer (as any programmers who are reading this could probably tell you) but that seems the most likely to me, IMHO.
