Trouble with Pegas Horse Ranch Mod (Possible spoilers?)

Post by werebeargoddess »

Okay, so I have the Pegas Horse Ranch Mod, right? Anyway, I got to the area where the Pegas Horse Ranch is with my argonian, bought one of the horses, and bought a saddle. Except, every time my argonian tries to get onto my horse to ride, the game quits out, saying that the program is experiencing problems and has to close. And it's only happened to my argonian. I've never had a single problem at all with my nord. Is this supposed to happen? And is there any way to fix it?
I wanted to change my sig, but I can't think of anything to change it to :(

I'm pretty sure you cant ride with beast races. They may have fixed it but it sounds like the problem.

I'm certain I recall reading that. I think it has to do with the way the game interprets the saddle, and replaces whatever footwear your character has with riding boots.

That's why your pc doesn't have his boots on when he/she's getting of his horse.

And beast races can't wear boots. There's no way to fix it? Well, that really sucks.

No horseriding for beasts??? Say it ain't so!! (or reassure me that everything will be all right)

Uhhh, if you have to be wearing the riding boots, what happens if you have that mod that allows beasts to wear boots? (it basically makes it so when a beast equips boots, they get all stretched out [but still look good, unless the boots are ugly to begin with :) ] to fit the beast's feet)

And in order to fix this for beasts, wouldn't you just need to make a new version where the boots are not required????

if you have time, could you pm me the name of the mod that lets you do that with the boots? It might help, but I dunno.

If it's a mod, feel free to place the name here, and share it with everyone.
