is there any possible way for characters other than the one you create, to get a fmiliar?

Not through any loopholes in the game (cheeses if you will).

However through the use of mods, or perhaps using ShadowKeeper, it could be possible.

Edit: Try posting this in the normal forum, as most likely you will get more replies

Put a potion in your inventory slot and drink it. Then, before returning to your game, replace it by a scroll of find familiar and you character will cast the scroll instead of drinking the potion. Voila, you've got your own familiar.

No, I think he means getting other party members to have familiars, but I don't think that works for other party members.

Ohh, right...I misread his post. I'm actually not sure then, because I never tried that with anyone else than the main char.

Edit: Errr, misreading? More like blocking out a large portion of his post. My bad...
