Does anyone know how and where to get a Jedi Master Robe without killing Master Vrook?

I'm curious as well. Also, any reason why you're not allowed to collect items from the Jedi Masters on Dantooine after Kreia finishes them off?

I believe I found a Jedi Master robe somewhere on Malachor, off a Storm Beast. But that's just random item drops, so there's no real fixed place for it.

They are very rare, I've not had any yet. Darth Sion always drops a Dark Jedi Master Robe, but I've never found a light one.

Most robes and other good items are very random i found a Keepers robe (one of the best light sider robes much better then jedi maser) from one of the captains on my second trip to oderon...i'm not sure if i really like how random loot is because i miss planning out my "uber lightsabers" from kotor1 but it does seem to keep your character from getting too powerful too fast

Master robes also seem to be a random drop. The Keeper robe is the best LS robe I've ever found. Not only does it offer good base protection on its own and offer excellent stat bonuses, but it is also upgradable (unlike almost all of the other Jedi robes).

Heheh I better prepared to farm those captiens for those robes. By farm I mean save fight then load if they don't drop, don't worry I play a lotta MMOs so farming is not a problem for me.

Sometimes the random drops just make NO sense at all.

to this day it puzzles me as to how the Ravenger somehow had Freyyr's warblade and circlet of sasquesh in the same bin in the same game.

I have to agree. I thought it was funny that 2 different Sith Troopers on the Ravager dropped Jedi KNight Robes. Of course, this was after I switched to the Ossus Keeper Robe.

I've had some fun random drops so far. Last time through I had 2 silver crystals, 3 veridian, 2 (!!) freyrs warblades, 3 onasi blasters and only 2 lightsabers. Ther rest were all doubles. Also some of the specialised armour (exar kun's etc) at least 2 of those. flogging half this rubbish is an easy money maker for either dark or light. I never use armour after peragus so just keep 2 decient suits for my playables until i jedi em up.

Maybe it's just the way i play! I always end up with pots o' money early on so I just buy all jedi/sith equiptment whether i need it or not for my charactors later on.

I think maybe objects should be charactor specific ie killing a humanoid would give humanoid upgrades, robot would give robot upgrades. I mean why does a turret need credits or armour or anything but robotic parts/upgrades?? why does a weak enemy carry a 10000 credit suit of armour? Maybe they were taking it to be dry cleaned.. hehe

I believe I have had 4 Freyyr's drop in a single game, two of them within minutes of each other on Dantooine.

I personally want Darth Malak's armor.

It's listed in the strategy guide (which, FTR, I bought AFTER beating the game), but I've never seen it.

whats all this talk about "keeper robes and osmur (prob spelt wrong) keeper robes". I didn't even know these things existed. I find quite alot of jedi master robes, the merchant on telos (the one you do the missions for) usully has them in his special reserves.60% of the time it's just a jedi robe, but 40% of the time it's a aster robe. I just save an load untill i get one. The only other places i can think off is master vrook, but u said with out killing him so.......and duxn i sumtimes find one in a cannok.
Rock on, Rock hard & don't look back!!!
