Is possible to kill the shadow thieves?

is possible to kill all the shadow thieves including that guy that appear if u try t kill anyone in shadow thieves base?

I believe the only way is to join Bodhi's side..

As for the fellow that appears no if you choose to join thieves side he is there to make sure the story can continue.
