Stumped about Dustil

I already left the sith academy and forgot about Dustil. How can I get back in if the guard at the entrance (who i killed

) is dead?

when i played it all three times i had everything that had a heartbeat inside the academy attack me so chances are you might have already killed him. not sure since only the last time did i get that quest to look for him.

I load a saved game (Sigh..not again) and turns out that Dustil was going to attack me anyway

i brough carth along and I thought he would say something to his corpse, but nooo. He says he'd rather spend time looking for his son...ARE YOU BLIND?!?!? HE'S RIGHT THERE!! DEAD!!!
