T3-m4 (spoiler!)

Post by I Am Naga Sadow »

Hi everybody! I'm playing through yet again, as a DS female Guardian, and I'm having this problem on Peragus. You see, as I get to the start of the Fuel Depot as my Player Character (where I am supposed to find T3-M4), he just isn't there. Atton says the thing about an Astromech Droid, but no T3! Can anybody help, and can I continue the game, using another Droid for the T3 - specific missions? (eg on Nar Shaddaa (I hope I spelt that right), when you have to get the codes so Goto'll attack you)

Is it a bug that you don't find T3 there? If so, you'll probably find him later on, on Telos. I haven't played DS myself much yet, so I don't know if that's part of the story.

Thanks, but I'm not entirely sure I follow. Tunnels? Do you mean on Peragus, or on Telos? I probanly seem really dumb... Thanks though.

I fear you have run into a major bug, Naga Sadow. Somewhere on this forum is another thread where someone also didn't meet T3-M4 in the fuel pipe after leaving the Harbinger with Atton. He thought that T3 had been destroyed by HK for good and went on to Telos, played it through to the end (T3 being absent for most of the planet anyway), and when he left Telos, the game crashed. Obviously, because now T3 is supposed to give you the vital information where to find the missing Jedi Masters, so without him, no continuing the story. And no, you can't use any other droid for the Nar Shaddaa mission. As I have not heard of him turning up later, I would advise you to reload and try again until he's there, rather than having to do the same thing at the end of Telos.
I never encountered this bug myself, however, so I can't speak from experience.

T3-m4

Don't you have to talk to T3 in order for him to join your active party (once Kreia leeves you)?

Or does he automatically join when you find him?
Bao-Dur: I think he wanted us to give up the Genreal to his poorly trained collection of bounty hunters.

Atton: Ah. well that would explain it. Which one do you want?

Bao-Dur: I'll take the stupid one who decided to threaten us rather than shoot us when he had the chance.

The game doesn't give you a choice to NOT recruit him LOL. After all he is blocking the tunnel to exit out onto the fuel depot so conversation is automatically initiated.
