would anyone like
to see and expanion game for SWKOTOR 1 so it could help brigde the gap between the two. and an expanion for SWKOTOR 2 just to fix all the bugs and mistake that are in it. like the droid planet for example. i was also thinking if they added blood to the kills would be a lot better.

A RPG shouldn't need blood and gore your right but also an rpg doesn't need and Graphics period. Pencil and Paper RPG's have been around forever where you imagine the stuff. But if your gonna go 3/4 of the way to illustrating what people imagine might as well go the extra mile to complete the visual image by adding in the blood or choping some guys arm off as he falls. Also this game has no where near enough skill using tests in it to be considered a very accurate RPG (in kotor I there was Bindo's friends murder Trial, The Jedi test on Where you must find out who the murderer was) I was much more impressed with Kotor I .
a real role play game dont need any blood, cus fighting is secondary. its more about solving quests and stuff.

your right it is all about the story and quests. i also enjoy the leveling up in an RPG. i just mentioned add some blood because it seems like the Star Wars games i have played are all really clean. Wouldn't you like to see a Jedi covered in blood from a battle, and maybe even have a chunk of flesh hanging off him.

While that might be cool and all, it isn't very PC or the kind of image Lucas wants to spread to the children. I mean after all at the cantina in the original release of Star Wars, Han Solo fired first. Yet it's altered in the DVD version. Sorry for going off on a tangent but I'm against changing stuff in movies because it is the PC thing to do.
BUt back on topic, ya I'd love to see something that actually explains what happened between both games and/or something that fills in the holes in Kotor2. Regardless of whether it has blood and gore in it or not.
X-box players never get any love
well i had almost went out a got myself one when this game came out. i did not want to wait forever like i had to for the first one to get released on PC. and then when i did finally get the 1st one on PC i found out i needed to get a new video card. i did not want to take that chance again, but i looked all over and could not find an xbox to be sold any where. to be honest i think they should not be released on different dates like they have done.

i now where you are coming from and to be honest i get tired of all the blood and guts on tv, and in video games at times. i also hate it when the rerelease movies and games only to change this around.

be realistic here. Putting blood and gore in KOTOR would get it slapped with an M rating for no reason, thus limiting sales and building a negative public image. The better the sales, the better the company becomes, the better chance of a sequel. The world revolves around making money, welcome to capitalism.
The developers of KOTOR doesn't have to rely on cheap tricks to make a memorial game. Would having blood for the sake of having blood do anything to improve the game? No.
It's not about being PC, it's about realizing that blood and gore is a cheap gimmick which adds nothing to the premise of the game.
A RPG shouldn't need blood and gore your right but also an rpg doesn't need and Graphics period.
so you would have been happier if the game consisted of stick figures and text bubbles as opposed to realistic polygonal figures and voice overs?
Though it would make for funny cut scenes. The battle for telos would be some fat dude sitting there with two toy ships in his hands, making laser beam noises and throwing a ship to represent it being destroyed.
Hell, the intro movie would have the same narrative and everything, but rather than sweet cut-scenes from the game, it would be star wars kid showing those Sith what he is made of.
this would thoroughly screw people who prefer it on xbox...they would never release expansions since they would not be able to do that on xbox
There have been possibilities for expansions for Xbox, for example, the game Morrowind, has the expansion Morrowind: GOTY. But it has the original plus the two exapansions, but that is not significant.
