I have read that you can train several of you companions to become Jedi, I do I go about this?

You can train bao dur, atton, mira and handmaiden/dicsiple to be jedi.
its all about gaining influence through dialogue and your actions.
search the forums for more info theres loads of posts about this.
And NO sprinkles,
