I finally got sick of my own slaughter at the sheriff fight after he becomes bat so i resorted to cheating. but everytime i try to put in cheat cade for my experience the game seems to freeze. the only thing i can do is quit via the console cheat page. can't save or move or even get into character sheet. and am stuck with pointer icon on screen. anyone have any ideas what i am doing wrong? would appreciate and ideas. already searched forums for similar problems and no help there.
Hit ESC to go to the in game menu. Access the console, use the cheat, then minimize the console, do not close it. Then return to the game. You may find that you lose the cursor in the menu, but just hit C to continue and all will be well.
