OK, so I've just finished the fight with Sarevok in BG1, with the plan to continue with the ToSC areas, but how? Both are installed and I'm playing in the BG1Tutu flavour. The game created a final save after Sarevok was killed, but that takes me to the point just before the fight.
Maybe I should postpone the final fight and play through the ToSC-areas first? Or?
Killed Sarevok - now what?

I'd likely go through the TotSC areas first if you're looking for some more adventure before you finally beat the game and import your character to BG2.

Thanks. I guessed so. It took me four tries to beat Sarevok, so I kind of hoped there was another option. But I don't want to miss Durlag's Tower, so here we come.
BTW, I have a spanking new comp, with a state of the art graphic card and Doom 3, Half-Life 2 etc. on the hard drive. But guess which game I'm hooked on?
BG1+TotSC+BG2+ToB is simply in a class of its own.

1) Well, it took me that many tries to beat Sarevok with the party I originally beat the game with o), but it might be a bit easier for you if you beat those areas. Not sure, but it still might make it easier.
2) I'd be careful of talking too much about other games on this forum (since it's considered spam). Your best bet is to save such a discussion for the Non-RPG Discussion forum.
3) True. True.

You're just lucky. I needed six times. My party was far too healing dependant, and I was not a cheese user by that time.
@Demiurg: Man, for real, Doom 3 and Half Life 2 are very cool. Impressive games. But, as they say, Baldurs Gate is really worth having.

Flesh to stone ain't permanent, it seems.

Enjoy the TotSC expansion, because Durlag's Tower and the Islands are really fun. Sarevok is always tough, and I think I average 4 times to beat his sorry butt. His resistance to magic and the whollop he packs with every hit can be devestating.
Also, I'm glad you've seen the light. All those other PC games are terrific, but nothing can be as fun to immerse yourself into as Baldur's Gate, Tales of the Sword Coast, Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn, Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal. If you like the gaming style I'd also recommend Icewind Dale and Icewind Dale II with their expansions. Much more combat oriented, but very fun. Sharpen those blades, memorize those spells, and enjoy the world of Faerun!

Yep, I've played BGII (twice), ID and ID2. Couldn't get BG1Tutu to work on my last computer, but it does on the new - so it's the first time I'm playing BG1.
Must have at least 1024x768, otherwise my eyes screams in agony. Which means I'll never get to play Planescape Torment or the Fallout-series. :/
Luis Antonio> I agree.

Yeah, the graphics in the Fallout Series can kinda hurt your eyes.

You have to get used to the graphics is all. Some people just can't do it. I had a roommate in college who would look at the original for about and hour and then needed to stop playing b/c his eyes bothered him. I told him he was concentrating too hard.
