Ok every now and then after a convo It says i've gained dark side points and light side points and got a net side shift. I kind of know what it is, but then I kind of don't know what it is lol.I think it means that because you got light and dark points you don't get a shift because they cancel each other out because when i look at my alighnment nothing has changed. Is that right? So does anyone know exactly what a net side shift is?
cheers guys.
Net side shift!
Net side shift!
Rock on, Rock hard & don't look back!!!
Maybe, because its not always the same amount of ls/ds points that you gain Net side shift means that it has gone in favour of one direction. However slightly. So if you got a dark side point (5) and a lightside (4) point, it would be a dark net side shift.
Just guessing here.

A net side shift is as described above, you have gain both light and dark points, but overall, you have gotten more dark/side points (Net Dark Side shift = more Dark Side points).
"Heya! Have you been to Baldur's Gate? I've been to Baldur's Gate... Oops, stepped into something. Have you stepped into something?"
Yeah, I don't think you can know that.
But, iff you were to get the same lightside points over and over again, for example, from using the exploit with the droid on dantoine. And if you started from neutrality (50), you could technically count how many times you did the exploit to get to full light side. then, because light side is 50-100, you could say that you get 50/(the number you counted) worth of lightside points each time, from that particular guy. I did it but forgot to count.
That was pointless there, but whatever.

Oh i see. cheers guys. Is there any way to find out how many dark or light points you get when you get them. Because i've got the info summary on, but it just say light side points gained, but not how many you've gained, dats a bit annoying.
Yes it said only that you move closer to the Light/Dark side of the force, but it said that once for each LSP/DSP you get. So after a conversation if it said "You move closer to the Dark side of the Force" 4 times it means you get 4 DSP.No you cant know, even in the feedback it only says you have moved towards the dark side of the force.
