Manholes

Dammit, lol. I LOVE THIS GAME but I cannot find a manhole where to go trough from. I've tried to get the action icon while the cursor is near the manhole but noooooooooo. LOL. Ive done tons of side quests, I've been in Asulym and got the keys etc. Still I aint able to go there.... DAMN!

There are several manholes in the city. Two that immediately come to mind in Santa Monica are the one near the Bail Bonds shop, and the one near your Pawnshop Haven exit.

I know where they are, just don't know how to get them open. Could someone make a screenshot on how to get it opened? Thanks.

Oh, I got it. U need to change the mouse options, so you call scroll it on a manhole. You should TOTALLY put that on walkthrough.

That's unusual, I never had any difficult with the default settings. Whenever I came near a manhole, it gave me the option of opening/entering it. I'm pretty sure that's the typical experience most folks have.
