edwins quest

if your an assassin and you do the first part of edwins quest where you have to go murder that guy. how do you kill his two stone golems? all my weapons are inaffective and so is magic. my main is an assassin. please help!

You need weapons of +2 enchantement or better to hurt stonegolems.

where can you get those kind of weapons?

Cripes! You must be new to the game then. Well I would advice you to buy or steal them from the mercants in the city first. The various weapons of +2 enchantments in the city are pretty well guarded. Save one. In the graveyard district there is a tomb where you can find a completely unguarded axe+2.

But since you are a thief you are propably just better off drinking potions of master thievery and steal the weapons you need. Copper Coronet would be the best place I imagine.
