Sarevok Problems (SPOILER)`

Post by Illuman »

Hey, I am having some trouble getting Sarevok's alignment to change. I am in Amkethran waiting to fight Balthazar but Sarevok has not had any of the dialogs with my PC. What is the variable or something so that I can change it in SK so he talks to me? Thanks!

I really don't know how to force/repogram the dialogues. I believe there's some problem in getting the talks if you force him to take an oath to you when he first joins. So, if you did that, you'd want to delete Global Variable SarevokOath (or something like that).

I didn't make him take the oath, so I don't know why he hasn't talked to me. There isn't a particular global variable I can edit to force the talks like I can with romances?

If you've enabled the CLUA console cheat keys, you can force banters with Control + I. In theory, you'd eventually get his appropriate dialogues. Perhaps others are more familiar with Sarevok's global variables, though.

There are no problems with using Control+I as already suggested. Unlike other banters, it does not require any functions to be fulfilled, such as being outside.

So if you use Control+I, you will get the dialogue about changing the aligment.

And as for the oath, I believe that I got him to change his alignment after he had taken his oath, though that was with Control+I, I am not sure if it will occur naturally.
In memorian: Fiona; Ravager; Lestat; Phreddie; and all of those from the 1500 incident. Lest we forget.

You may already know how to use the console. If not, Gibberlings 3 has a pretty good guide on how to enable it -

I only link this, because if you're like me and don't experiment with cheats much, its not something you'd necessarilly know.
