Need 8th and 9th Lvl spells where can i buy?

Want tto know the location of a market i can buy higher lvl spells

I recall buying some 8th level spells in Ust'Natha in the Underdark but only one 9th spell available for purchase is Freedom. 8th level spells are found in the later chapters infrequently but only one person drops level 9 spells. And that is the mage you save with a Freedom spell in the Underdark. Kill him and get Timestop and Wail of the banshee.

That's all I can recollect about highlevel spells at the moment.

'fraid you missed a few there, Tom. Ribald has most ninth level spells for sale in his secret stash (Adventurers mart). He also has a few eighth. You find a few more ninth in the various rooms and battles in Suldanesselar. There aren't many places you can but either. Even eighth level are mostly found. You just have to look in the places that are available in the later stages of the game.
PS. I've mentioned it before and I'll ask again: Does anyone know a sure place to get Spell Trigger? I never found one in my game.
