Nar Shaddaa (Spoilers)

I have quite a few problems here:
1.) Where do I find the energy cells for the airspeeder (the transporting vehicle) ?
2.) Where is the Jedi Master?
3.) I have done everything possible to try and make the Exchange hate me, so that I could meet them, but nothing seems to work, what really triggers it, and do I meet them in the poisonous bar (forgot the name) ?

1. you need to help the ithorian in the flop house by persuading fassa to let him leave and then he will give you the power cell.

2. the jedi master appears after you get the message to go and meet with the exchange.

3. to get the message to meet with the exchange you must gain their attention and defeat the red eclipse who have taken over your ship. if youve done all the quests and they are still not interested then go to the entertainment promenade and pay the little rat man 2000 credits to get their attention.

It is possible to have done all of the things that are supposed to trigger the comlink call and not get the call. If you do them in a weird order, or kill the slavers before the exchange hates you, then it can take some time to trigger it. Most of what I read suggests that if the exchange does hate you, just keep moving from area to area and that will eventually trigger the call.

I wouldn't suggest moving on to another planet until you do get the call, I did all the others and then came back and still couldn't get it to trigger. I didn't try very hard though, since I realized that I'd missed quite a few things the first time through. So I decided to start over.

I realised my mistake, I didn't enter the Ebon Hawk after the Red Eclipse attack, then once I left, I got the call.

I got a problem, I solved all the quests in Nar Shaddaa, I also payed 2000 credits and won at pazaak, and Kallah Nah tells me the exchange hates me and wants to kill me. When I come back to the ebon hawk there's no attack from the Red Eclipse. And then no calls. The only thing I did is to eliminate Visquis in the Refugee Quad but this should not be a problem. I already completed Telos, Dantooine and Onderon (and Dxun) it lasts only Korribean and Nar Shaddaa. Any idea of why cannot see the red eclipse attack? I accomplished all the quests, the one with the merchant, the one with the husband searchin for his wife, the one of the ithorian, the mandalorians, the lunar shadow quest, I sent mandalorians to Dxun, I helped the scientist, I am pazaak champ, I made lupo run away destroying the droid. I met vogga and he says he wants goto's head but nothing else. Fassa says to talk to vogga (I helped him with the landing order f the 3 ships). Really dunno what to do, I did not find hanrarr nor Mira. I think this game is a little buggy. The first one was perfect. This game on my xbox sometimes freezes and obviously it's an original. I tried to copy it on my hdd (I got a modded xbox) and do the same things, sometimes freezes so I think it's not a read error.

You haven't dealt with the Quarren yet? Then that's probably the problem. Also run around a little, don't use the airspeeder. That usually triggers the invasion.
