Problems getting my stronghold.... Spoilers
Problems getting my stronghold.... Spoilers
Well I've been told the only thing to prevent me from gaining anymore ranks in House Hlaalu is a Stronghold. I went to the builder and he said I need a land deed and a contract. So I went and got my land deed, now I'm supposed to see Orvas Dren about a building contract or something and the only dialogue option is Solstheim( I even persuaded him all the way to 100%). And the dude I bought the deed from has no dialogue option pertaining to a building contract. What am I supposed to do now?! Thanks in advance.

You get the construction contract from Duke Vedam Dren in Ebonheart, not Orvas Dren.
Vedam Dren can be found on the second floor in the Grand Council Chambers in Ebonheart. He should have the "construction contract" topic.
If not, try writing this in the console:
AddTopic "Construction contract"
If you still can't get it:
Player->AddItem "bk_stronghold_c_hlaalu" 1

1. I'm on x-box so the console is out of the question. And I'm not a fan of cheating or shortcuts.
2. Thanks for the tip, it's been bugging the hell outta me. Because the journal entry implies that I get both from the Hlaalu vauts. I just remembered the name Dren and he's the only one I'd encountered so far.
