Captain Dennis (and his gang)

Hi it's me with the stupid quistions

In the brige district 5 of so guys were standing there (in a room) and one of them, Captain Dennis, clamed that he could break an arm or two!!? so I killed him.
The quistion is then, is Dennis quest related or is it ok to "help him out of his missery"?

There's a quest for him, yes.

To activate it, cast a 'Limited Wish' spell, and take a one-time wish, choose for an adventure you've never had before. The Djinni will give you a scroll regarding Captain Dennis and a beggar.

Next time you enter the Bridge District, this beggar will approach you and ask you to help him against Dennis and his men. You can solve this quest non-violently, and gain a bunch of experience. For a detailed walkthrough, check out the description of the spell on this site. Whatever, the quest is not vital at all for the story.
