Model Citizen Snag

In my current game, I play a Malkavian. Using Obfuscate Lv. 5, I successfully plant all three cameras and activate them without detection. I assume all is well and return back to Imalia, expecting to find her pleased. However, all she has for me is scathing remarks, saying that I got caught and calling me useless.


Clearly, I have overlooked something. When I am in the apartment, I am given no indication that I have been spotted. The woman and her boyfriend seem oblivious to my presence and no message is given to say any differently.

Please, tell me where I am screwing up!

Sorry man, that side quest was incredibly buggy. I couldn't get it to work the first couple of times ether. Look, your best bet is to load up an earlier save and try again. Sides, your really not missing much.

There is definitely a bug in this quest. Though, its probable that you were spotted at some point (they don't go aggressive). Anyway, check out some of the other many threads on the subject, maybe they'll give you some ideas.

My apologies for not catching those other related posts. I work at home and take breaks from time to time to stop and play the game. I do not get alot of time during these breaks to do anything, so I didn't take any extra time to search. A newbie mistake. One I will not make again.

Thanks for the help. I'll try a few of the ideas that I haven't already tried and see if they work. I certainly hope I do not have to kill the model or her boyfriend... I need the money.
