When...? [spoilers]

Howdy all,

I'm pretty new to the game, I only bought it 2 days ago (but I've finished KOTOR 1 lord knows how many times). I've just finished Nar Shadaa (my second planet) and am now being called back to Dxun to the Mandalorian camp (because Kavar has a message?). I've read that the Handmaiden and Atton can be trained as Jedi. When is this so? I'm already a Prestige Class and the Handmaiden is at level 17. I've talked to her about all I can but now I'm just repeating myself with her. What do I do now?

It's a matter of how than "when"

You can convince
Atton to become jedi by (SPOILER!!!)
Meeting 2 Twi'leks in the refugee sector in Nar Shadaa and talking to Atton about it and if you have enough influence you can convince him to become a jedi.
You can convince
Handmaiden to become jedi by
Having to fight her 3x in the Ebon Hawk. But you will need to become more experienced each time you battle her. Then ask her about her mom and dad and so on and so forth.

And you will need influence too...
