You just sunk a little lower by practically explaining the deeper level of my previous post. ;) That way you have also proven your statement that it would be impossible to sink any lower, false.

Well, I have a story.

It's quite long and complicated and it would be about sg, so I'm not sure if it belongs in this place of spam and sillyness.

Anyway, conclusionary:
Do you have any experience with the supernatural, inexplainable?
Them seeers can tell you things they could never know.

Well, it's not direct experience, but once my sis went to a fortune teller and the first thing she said when she looked at her cards was "Everybody thinks you father's dead but he's alive"... Well, the truth is, everybody thinks our father is dead. (He... well... disappeared when I was two, then was declared dead by the police after a couple of years' searching by the Interpol and such... But in fact we have no idea what happened to him).

Since then I'm careful declaring anything like that "rubbish"...

Wow, i didn't know that. Is that unique, or do you know other creatures whose breathing system works the same?

How can a seeer know so much about my grandma? Would she really memorize all the medical dossiers? She even knew her dog (my recently deceased dog; we got it from grandma when she died) always slept on her bed? She knew that grandma collected leaves and compressed them under books to stick them on christmascards.

There aren't a lot of people who fit to these descriptions... And she said even more things that were correct. I'm convinced there's something we don't yet understand about the dead.

i thought that was common knowledge.. but i don't know any other animals that have to think about breathing.. come to think of it, that has got to suck.. i mean they can only sleep seconds at a time and have to constantly keep telling themselves:"breath in" "breath out" "brea*gurgle*" "only breath in on the surface" "breath in"

true, but humans have an automatic breathing and we don't breathe under water if we don't want to. even babies hold their breath while underwater..

Are you saying that dolphins should get out of the water and start walking on their fins?
Dolpins are the smartest creatures after humans, so they'll have some pretty good reason to stay in the ocean. If they only could talk....

Brynn, I am soo proud of you. (I should've done this in 2 posts, shouldn't I... :( )

well i didn't say that dolphins don't sleep. they do, but only seconds IIRC at a time. so thus i asked what you meant by asking if i really meant sharks that DON'T sleep

no. i mean that if their breathing was automated they would hold their breath until they came to the surface just like humans. and it wouldn't be a problem even if they did have an automated breathing as you suggested..

I thought that (= having no automatic breathing) could be the reason for them not being able to sleep.
