Second..... In tranat I found a item called "heron device" I have no clue what this thing is, what it does or where it goes. However I do know that this thing is HEAVY! 1000 stone I have looked over most of the site and haven't seen anything pretaining to this infernal thing. I would be greatful for any help. thank you. BTW I looted it from the building in the very upper right coner building next to Bates mansion.
Ah yes, the Heron Device. The Heron Device is one of the items of the Thieves Underground. If you in the Thieves Underground, keep completing their quests until eventually you get a quest that asks for the Heron Device.
If you are not in the Thieves Underground, the only way to get in is if you talked with the thieves by the bridge in the Shrouded Hills about it. If you already killed them or something, what can I say? Too late.

No, Shrouded Hills thieves are not the only way. When you retrieve some thing from old elvish burial for the lady in Tarrant, talk to the guy next to her house. He will direct you to the chief Or, if you happened to know where that guy lives, go directly to him. Then everything's as ussual: get the sewers plan and you're in.
