Just bought TOB.. ACK I'm lost : (

Ok, I played SoA devoutly. Had 4 characters, two of them I beat the game with and had saves at the final battle in hell.

I was wondering if someone can clear some things up for me. Where does ToB pick up from? Is it after I defeat Irenicus? Should I defeat Irenicus first on the saved games in hell then continue to ToB?

Also, can someone post a link to all the bonuses you get for the choices made with the tears of Bhaal? The one on this walkthrough really isn't in depth enough.

I'm sorta disorientated here.. been awhile since I played BG.. thanks!

Yes, it continues after you kill Irenicus. Just install it, then load your savegame and fight him, after that you'll start ToB; the game does it automatically, so you don't need to do anything.

Not sure what you mean by "not in depth enough", it list all the bonuses - isn't that what you want?

If your interested the actual ingame starts in Suldenessalar. There is an FMV sequence and then you start playing, one word of warning beware for an ambush sooner or later.

Ahh thanks! I didn't see that quest listing. Can I do the watchers keep after I defeat Irenicus in ToB? Or do I have to be in SoA to do it?

you can do watcher's keep from either, or both i guess
