Once you've made it with Handmaiden, later in the game Visas will beg you to knock boots, twice even. The game forgets to flag that you've done it the first time and she'll beg you for it again, even in a public area. With witnesses. Given that by this stage Obsidian have neglected to write any more dialogue for the Handmaiden, she's happy to let you play the field.
