Lightsaber specialization, is it restricted to guardians?

I think that Weapon Specialization: Lightsaber is open to all prestige classes and only Jedi Guardian base class.

You have to be a gaurdian to have specialization. And I don't think that you would have to be a master to have it.

I don't think so because I get it as Sentinel/Watchman. So like I said you get it with any prestige class.

I'm currently in the Hsiss spawn point. Trying to do the Lvl glitch. Its pretty hard, with my Xbox blocking out every two minutes cause it can't handle 20 hssiss on the screen at the same time. (What a puff
