Master Armorer That Doesn't Train

I reach this guy Sirollus Saccus at Hawkmoth Legion Fort (in the lowest level of the garrison) in Ebonhart (having the two expansions in PC) but when i talk to him he does not have the option to train, only to Persuade, Barter or Reapair. Why? As far as i knew he is the Master Armorer Trainer, or not?

Yes, I saw this too. Isn't he mentioned in a book somewhere? I might be thinking of someone else, though...
I believe it is a bug that he does not provide training. I think (might be thinking of a different person, again) he sells armorer's hammers and stuff, so I guess that'll have to do?

Can i take the construction set and modify the options of conversation of the guy?

Of course.

All you need to do is check the "Training" box in his AI settings.

So open the CS, load the Morrowind.esm file and search for him in the NPC list. Then open up his settings and go to AI. You should find it there, under services.

Then save the plugin and enable it.
