ok when i start my game it is way to bright. the gamma corrdction is down.
Its like the lighting in the TES editor when ever the RGB is set to 255. how do i fix this?

I'd suggest changing the brightness setting on your monitor, if the in-game controls don't do it for you.
There are also controls under the LightAttenuation area of your Morrowind.ini file that you can fool around with, but that might take a good deal of experimentation to get right. As always, if you do decide to go the INI route, be sure you save an unchanged copy of that file first under another name, so you can return to it at any future time, if you so choose.

Can you list the mods you use? I can probably pinpoint the ones that are changing your game in this fashion.
