Patron of the Ancient Arts Trouble!
I need to know something that I couldnt find in the walk through (wich i'm depending on...lol) Well,
First - Do I need to kill the police men? I know that its an combat area, but it may cause a "war" I'm not sure... even in stealth mode They found me....
Second - Is it hard to go through? I'm starting to think I am crazy, it's the first PC game that I play, so I'm a bit lost... I'm having trouble with combats...
If anyone can give me extra tips, dont be afraid of spoiling, please do it... it will be welcome!! I'm really in need of all the help that I can possibly get...
Thanks!

Talk the first guard into the idea your the reporter he was suppose to let on the ship. He will call away two guards, one at a time. When the first one is called away, head down out of sight down the hallway to the left. At the end of the hallway is more guards, take the door on the right. Go into the main cabin, (up the stairs) there you will find ship documents and a computer, hack the computer to do cool things like sound the fog horn, start the engines as well as go through the security camera screens which will automaticly complete the mission for you as you looked over the scene without even needing to go out into the area with the rest of the cops. Sneak off the ship, mission done. Report to the prince.
Yeah
I've already done that, it's the Elizabethan Rendezvous quest that you described..... I'm talking about the Natural Arts Museum one... I've done that too earlier. I had to kill all the police men so I didn't win any XP point, becouse of that damn Fetish statue for that Freaky Demon! I was avoiding combats becouse it makes me nervous, I start shaking as if I was my character, so to avoid this adrenalin I prefer to stay peacefull....That's why I asked that..
I can't manage to go through the game without the walkthrough and the forum anymore!
Thanks anyway! =)

Sorry didn't know what part of the quest of the coffin you were on.
Ok well... simply put when you get in, once again go left till you come across a slightly open side door, open it and take the key inside if you know this part already, proceed on... when near guards, stay in the shadows and crouch so your in stealth mode and hidden from them. Just watch your light meter and keep it low. That gets you through the main area and into the offices. When you get into the hallways, shot out the camera so the guards do not see you, there is no way of hiding in shadows now. Sneek into the office, there is one guard in there I believe. Depending on what character you are, you can use none lethal methods to make him not notice you.
Use the computer to proceed further like turning off cameras and such. watch for guards and make your way on the red lined path. Shot the glass and jump through the window into the room where you can see the fetish, take it. Also in one of the office computers you'll find the password to the next security door at the end of the green line path. Go in there, shot the glass to the office and jump in, there is a guard here and if you can, disable him for a while so you can use the computer to turn off lazers and unlock other doors. jump back out the window and proceed on, around the hall, watch out for the guard and slip into the door at the left at the last turn, proceed through the storage area into the last room where the coffin is.

The museum is unique in many respects. You can elect to kill everybody, which is seldom ever necessary, but getting through without killing *anybody* is fiendishly difficult for most bloodlines. With reasonably good stealth skills and patience, most bloodlines should be able to get through and only have to kill 2 or 3 guards (the ones guarding security centers). They are cops, after all. If they go on alert, just hide and wait and eventually they will go back to routine patrol. With high stealth or obfuscate, you can quite handily get through without killing anybody. As a Nos I dropped right on a guard's head and he still didn't notice me (the only time I ever got through without killing any guards, by the way). Oh, and the rule is you can't *kill* them. Beating them up or feeding is allowed.

Brave Sir Robin, he ran away
it is an odd mission - you can get noticed and even inflict damage, but you may not kill. I use sneak to get to the first control room - blast the camera near the door and run away. then I sneak back and if they find me, I run away again - when I can I disable both banks of cameras then take what should be taken and get to the second control room - not easy to do this without killing, but can be done - turn off beams and alarm. usually I have been spotted, but simply run away - abilities such as nightwings, trace, purge etc are useful to disentangle yourself.
I admit I have only got through it twice without killing any of the guards.
how I would love to be able to blackjack them like in Thief!

If you prefer a "peaceful" approach choose a ventrue or a Toreodor. These are the clans that usually talk their way through. A venture can use domination while talking , and can avoid a lot of bloodshed that way.
But there are a lot of missions that you can not talk your way. You just have to jump in the action....

Well, no clan can talk their way out or around the Elizabeth Dane or Museum missions. Both of those require a little bit of stealth or mad running. For that matter, any character that trains Persuasion to high levels can be a "talker." The Toreador, in particular, have no special advantage in this regard. The Ventrue can use dominate in dialogue, though, which can be periodically an advantage (though its rarely much of an advantage over a high persuade).

Malkavians can use Dementation which is exactly like Dominate and appears in red text also. Has funny results to like making people think they are a bear, or your their long lost pet turtle, or everyone is against them and so forth.

Weird Thought, possible SPOILER
I just realised something. I've never used dominate to possess the guards. I wonder what happens if *you* don't kill any guards, but they slaughter each other? Thinks that make you go "Hmmm....".

Hey... yeah... as a malkavian I could have caused one to go Berzerk and go kill everyone... haha I'm going to have to try that sometime.

I just kill the guards at the museum unless I have the right kind of character. It doesn't ruin anything really, and there is enough experience to miss a point. You definitely want that idol.
I hope you feel better...one thing I like about VTM:B is that you can play slow and careful and it does not punish you very often. The game is just designed in a forgiving way - little falling damage, steady regeneration of wounds, few time limits, few instakills, the way obfuscate or even plain stealth will just hide you forever if you want some time to think or heal.
The game has great tension music and can be scary, but underneath it's a pretty friendly setup. One thing to remember is not to get tense when people start shooting or yelling - those pea shooters at the museum can't really hurt you, you regenerate anyway.
It's also fun to just get all the guards' attention in the main museum hall and then slaughter em, every last one. Good way to blow off some steam.

Forgiving?
The Sabbat are NOT forgiving!
Headrunners rip you to shreds.
You can blow yourself up or stand in an elevator shaft for an instakill
You can fall in all kind of places and be squished - try cliff-diving at the Soc of Leopold!
It is true that a balanced character behaving carefully can usually get through - but that is skill not inherent design - Jezebel Locke or the Claw Brothers can make mincemeat of you, yet can succumb to good tactics. The malefactors can rip you to shreds, but you almost always have it within you to survive - that is playing the game.
BTW in the patch - you get the T-sword by disposing of a hunter - much better way to acquire it and handy to have it to hand earlier in the game. Melee 5 and the T-blade? read 'em and weep suckers!
