The Dunmer at the Council Club will say that Nine-Toes actually killed Hlaalo, and you can kill either one without getting in trouble with Blades. I always kill Nine-Toes, it's a lot easier.>_<

have u tried to taunt him ? and on xbox if u leave a dead body for more than 24hrs in goes away.

Taunting just makes him hate me but he doesnt attack. Or do i have to get my speechcraft skills up.
