I was just wondering, when u install ToB does the xp cap go to 8 million while u are still playing SoA or does it only go to 8 million when you finnish SoA and move into ToB? Thanks

It's for SoA as well - both SoA and ToB uses the same cap. Also you can get High Level abilities while still in SoA as well.
