Using Items

Okay, maybe I'm stupid but I'm not sure how to get backpacks (like Worrilon's) to work and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've tried the Use Item button and swapping item placement and nothing seems to work. Can anyone help??? Thanks

The backpack is just a quest item, there are not any usable backpacks\bags of holding in the game.

Yup, the backpack is just so you can give it to Wonnilon, so he can dig around in it and say "Hey, where's the rest of my stuff!"
