i need a golden saint

does any 1 know where i can get a summon saint scroll or ring and how high does my conj and int have to be to summon 1. sorry 1 more question is there a summon golden saint spell and where do i get it.

I have a scroll in my inventory, just have to remember where I found it.. I THINK it was from the enchanter elf in the Balmora Mages guild, but you might want to check the others enchanters in the whole Mages guild. Also, you might want to check the enchanter in Aldruhn under Skar. Hope that helps.
Also, I've heard there's one in Tel Branora too.

Theres a guy in the Caldera mages guild that has one. I think you can buy it, but i just killed him.

As mentioned, check out the guy in Therana's chambers, he has an actual spell for you to memorise. Chances are that you won't be able to cast the spell, but you can enchant an exquisite ring or amulet with it, and thus summon a saint any time want. Ty to avoid too many CE items though.. otherwise you will seriously unbalance your game. The most useful, IMO, are CE enchantments that aid moving around, i.e CE water walking/breathing, levitation etc.
