Dual-Class and HLA
Can Dual-Class characters choose their high level abilities from pools of both classes or just the second one?
it depends on when you chose to dual class,
if you advanced to a level in which you can select a special ability, you will have access to that pool
on the other hand if you dual classed earlier and advanced with your secondary class to the appropriate level, you will have access only to that class...
for instance
a kensai/mage (kensai-9, mage-20) won't be able to choose any feat from the fighter's pool, only from the mages'

yes actually... but you won't get very far afterwards due to the exp cap
also, untill such time as your secondary class' level reachs the same hights as that of your original class, all abilities of the original class are disabled... so good luck... I would advice against it but...
I have seen weirder notions
