I know that you have to kill your sister to keep this sword, and that keeping it will turn you completely evil.My character is completely good. What I was wondering was that if you wait until the credits are over and continue playing, is it possible to go back from completely evil to completely good again?

Killing your sister and keeping the Sword gives you a lot of evil points, but it won't necessarily turn you pure evil. if you're pure good, you'll end up just kind of evil (short horns, black hair). No matter how evil you are, you can get to pure good by killing bandits and undead, or for quicker results make big donations at the Temple of Avo.
