To go to elven forest or not?

In ch4 have the choice of going to elven forest or underdark. I want to play both so which way to go?

Looking at the cheats it mentions you fight irenicus in elven forest. I thought you would do this at end of game?

Elven forest no you CAN'T go their go on the blokes boat

The choice is between the underwater city (can't remember the name) or Underdark - go with Seamon or take portal. My advice is to go with Seamon and you can go to the Underdark afterward. This is the only chance you get to go to the Underwater city, you won't be able to get there at any other time.
