game crash at leopold quest

I was very happy as I hadn't encountered any problems with the game yet, except the choppy game play,but I guess everybody has to experience something ....
Yesterday I finished the leopold quest , talked to the professor and as I went out the door, Bach triggered the bomb and I had to escape in one minute, I ran to the boat and jumped in it, I heard a motor starting noise and it skipped to the loading page.And after the loading bar filled up, the came closed and I was thrown back to my desktop page. No warning, no error message....
HAs anybody encountered this problem?

Everybody got that problem
Either install a patch or use a console
