Refinements V2 released!

Post by Littiz »

It took far longer than we thought, it adds less things than we hoped (no new components for now), yet, after more than a year since the first release, we can claim to be totally happy of the results :)

A new team member, many, many fixes, adjustments, feedback-driven revisions, lots of new abilities and features. Some HLA tables that now reach, imho, the border of perfection (Druid, Monk, Sword Angel).
Also lots of improvements to the installer for a far wider compatibility!
(he, actually some installing issues have been reported, if you incur in them you can download the fixed .TP2 from the "Bugs for v2.x" topic in our forum :o :p We'll a upload a new complete version when we'll have some more fixes to include)

I invite ToB players (and even SoA only players, to some extent) to check our site for download locations, complete documentation and screenshots (we lost the old ones as we changed address, but hey).
Hope you will enjoy :)

Just a quick update: version 2.01 has been released (check our site for the download location). Some important fixes included. :)

Actually, there's still a blatant install-time conflict with TDD: in case you need it you may refer to our forums for a solution coded up by the_bigg. We're not going to release a new version just for this, at this point (and to tell you the whole thing, I suspect the_bigg will tire of fixing broken TDD files sooner or later, and he'll finally join my side when I say that we should deny TDD compatibility - even in the current partial form - and be done with it... )
