Flashing screen :/

Okay my PC was running VTM:B perfectly for weeks, and now my screen starts to flash when there's (I guess) complicated stuff on screen. For example, after the Ocean House hotel quest, you end up in front of the burning building. When I turned to the flames, my screen was flashing. When I turned away from it then everything was fine.

The main menu is almost invisible, the letters just aren't there. I see them only when I move my cursor over them.

Any ideas what to do about this?

Were I you, I'd save, shut down, and reboot. You're getting really short on something, probably from a memory leak, but a reboot should fix it all up. Failing that, power off for 30 seconds and then start the computer again.
