1) Why can't T3 make programming spikes for himself? I ask this because of when, on Peragus, you have to go through a few minutes of searching for spikes. Your main character can just ask him for one at any time.
2) Wouldn't you like to see what Visas (by the way, I always hear the Visa slogan, "It's everywhere you want to be" when I see her name) looks like in the Vogga dance outfit?
3) Has ANYONE actually used G0-T0 for ANYTHING? What a frickin' waste of a character slot. I feel bad if I don't use the other characters at various points (I just took Hanharr to Onderon/Dxun for the first time). But not this fat droid.
4) Do any of the fights (Mira/Hanharr, Kreia) get any easier if you don't level the person up? I know, from a strategy standpoint, that I don't level up Mira. If I'm LS, I wait until I'm fighting Hanharr, and just level up to refill her health. If I'm DS, I don't level her up in that brief time when I have control of her.
5) Regarding the criminals on Telos (the Rodian and the Devaronian)...I've fought THEM a total of twice since I bought the game. The rest of the time, it's just mercenaries. What conversational path do you have to take to find them on Telos' surface? I know that you have to get the bounty hunter missions from Lt Grenn. Then find the criminals in the Czerka office. I've done that. It's just ensuring that it's them instead of the mercenaries that I meet on that one stretch of Telos' surface that I'm talking about.
6) One thing that I have to give the game credit for is the alien languages. They seem a little more diverse than the first KotOR (the Rakatans reminded me of Charlie Brown's teacher), and not quite as prone to repeating themselves. And each language sounds different.
Anything you'd like to add?

I guess we are to assume with T-3, that he's simply too damaged to make the spikes. Or, alternatively, that he doesn't have the pertinent parts just laying around like he does on the fully operational EH.
As for GO-TO, I agree entirely. He's not a particularly interesting NPC in terms of party value. He's quite ugly, and offers little to the party that the other two droids don't already give. You can get money from him and a few interesting dialogues; I guess that's something....
I'm sure there are players who have mastered this fight with Mira. However, I found that it was much more beneficial to use level ups in combat (though I always felt like I was cheating), or otherwise Hanharr was simply too tough for her. I can't really see any advantage to leveling her up immediately.

1. I dont know but my "new" trick is to ask him for all the spikes he'll give me at the beginning, which is about 12, so i can get 12 free spikes and use them throughout the game.
especially that stupid decontamination chamber.
also, add another little nugget to the unfinished list... whats the dealie with the Onderron diplomat on Telos? Its probably part of the Onderron soldier in the cantina too. Unfinished.
humbug.

In the initial pit-fight between Hanhaarr and Mira the best way I've found, without leveling up Mira at all, is to simply make sure you have at least 1 or 2 adhesive grenades in your inventory. Then simply root him at range and tear him up with a rifle, more grenades, those useless rockets and darts you find for her...etc. Once he is free, if he is still alive, run him through the mines. Mira does not set off mines....stop, shoot, dead wookie.
Easy fight.

Except that you can ask him for spikes when you're on Peragus. I've had to several times in order to open the decontamination chamber. So he can obviously manufacture them then.

But when T3's on Peragus, he's been fixed by the maintenance staff. So he has most of his capabilities right there.
And G0-T0 is useless and definitely a waste of a slot.
As for leveling up my chars during combat, I was doing that in KotOR I. When you were on Taris, I would save all the levels I could, so that when I go to Dantooine, I'd have that much more powers available when I level up. But I saw how beneficial it was to save levels and use them up when I was low on health. It kind of is cheating, but I sure don't feel guilty about it.
The two criminals on Telos... I only recall fighting them once, and I've been through the game four times. I can't imagine what combination it takes to get them, but I thought it had to do with siding with Czerka; I found out in my last game that it's not that, at least not just.
